c.       From the base, start moving slowly your hand until you reach the head. This should not exceed 2-3 seconds.
d.      Next, once you have reaches the head, use your left hand to form a similar “OK” sign with the thumb and forefinger. Start to move towards the penis head.
e.       These steps must be repeated using both hands in order to touch each part of the penis excepting the head.
f.       Each session should last 5-7 minutes, while for approximately 70 times the exercise will be performed.
·  Circular Stretch Exercise
a.                   First, you have to stretch your penis head outwards from the body.
b.      Next, you must hold it in that position and start pulling upwards for 5-6 seconds.
c.       Then, it is time for the circular stretching. In a slow motion, start rotating it counter clockwise.
d.      The session should last 1-3 minutes while for approximately 20-30 times the exercise will be performed.
·  Power Stretch Exercise
a.                   First, stretch the penis head outwards from the body.
b.      Next, you must hold it in that position and start pulling it up to your right. You feel pressure on the left side. This should not exceed 5-6 seconds.
c.       Change the direction and pull it again for 5-6 seconds.
d.      Next, start pulling it downwards for 5-6 seconds.
e.       Finally, start again an upwards stretch not exceeding 5-6 seconds.
